General conditions<\/h5><p>These terms and conditions apply to the online shop <strong>bilservice.ee<\/strong> when making purchases. The online shop is managed by <strong>Byl Swed Service O\u00dc<\/strong> (registration code 14954878, address: J. S\u00fctiste tee 33-103, Tallinn, Harjumaa 13414, e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:bylswedservice@gmail.com\">bylswedservice@gmail.com<\/a><br \/>, telephone: <a href=\"tel:5112171\">+372 511 2171<\/a>), hereinafter referred to as the Seller.<\/p><p>The Terms and Conditions apply between the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing and ordering goods from the bilservice.ee online shop. In addition to these terms and conditions, the relations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p><h5>2. Making an order<\/h5><p>To order, select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart.<\/p><p>To place an order, you must fill in the required fields (name, contact details, delivery address, etc.).<\/p><p>The order is deemed to be confirmed when the buyer has paid the invoice or made the payment through the online payment solution.<\/p><h5>3. Prices and payment<\/h5><p>All prices are in euros and include VAT.<\/p><p>The price of goods may change, but the price displayed in the shopping cart at the time of ordering will apply to the purchase.<\/p><p>Payment is made through a secure payment solution (bank links, card payments, invoice).<\/p><h5>4. Delivery to<\/h5><p>Goods are delivered according to the delivery method chosen by the customer.<\/p><p>The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods and the delivery method chosen, usually within 2-7 working days after receipt of payment.<\/p><p>The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery if the delay is due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.<\/p><h5>5. Right of withdrawal and return of goods<\/h5><p>The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt.<\/p><p>Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.<\/p><p>To return it, you must send an e-mail to the following address. <a href=\"mailto:bylswedservice@gmail.com\">bylswedservice@gmail.com<\/a><\/p><p>The costs of return shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to the fault of the Seller.<\/p><p>The money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice at the latest, but not before the returned goods have reached the Seller.<\/p><h5>6. Right to lodge a complaint<\/h5><p>The consumer has the right to lodge a claim with the Seller within two years of receipt of the goods.<\/p><p>The complaint must be sent by e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:bylswedservice@gmail.com\">bylswedservice@gmail.com<\/a>, stating the details of the goods and a description of the problem.<\/p><p>The Seller shall not be liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer.<\/p><p><strong>7. Processing of personal data<\/strong><\/p><p>The seller processes the buyer's personal data in accordance with the privacy policy published on the website. <a href=\"https:\/\/bilservice.ee\/en\/privaatsus-poliitika\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>8. Liability and force majeure<\/strong><\/p><p>The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer if such loss or damage is due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control or foreseeable.<\/p><p><strong>9. Dispute settlement<\/strong><\/p><p>Disputes are resolved by negotiation.
