Brake repair, brake fluid inspection and replacement

We maintain and restore your Volvo braking system to keep braking short, straight and smooth. We use genuine or OEM parts and work to factory specifications.

What we do

• Visual and dimensional check: discs, pads, brake calipers, sliders, rust edges.
• Supports maintenance: cleaning, lubrication of sliders, checking piston movement.
• Handbrake/EPB maintenance (VIDA maintenance mode), cables and mechanisms
• ABS/DSTC sensors and tooth rings, brake hoses and tubes, master cylinder/vacuum pump
• Brake fluid water and boiling point test
• Brake fluid change and system venting with pressure device
• Test drive and instructions on how to feed in the works/blocks

When to come
Whistling, vibration when braking, soft or deep pedal depression, prolonged braking distance, warning light, uneven tyre wear.
Preventively: brake fluid every 2 years (DOT 4 / DOT 4 LV according to Volvo specification).

Comments
Replacing discs and blocks per axis, we use torque requirements.
