Engine repairs

We carry out professional diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on Volvo engines to restore performance, reliability and economy. We use VIDA/DiCE diagnostics and original or OEM parts, with a quotation confirmed prior to work and warranty.

What we do

• Accurate diagnostics (error codes, real-time data, compression and smoke tests)
• Gear/chain work, tensioners and seals
• Oil and cooling leaks (valve cover, crankcase, crankshaft/distributor shaft oil seals)
• Cooling system: water pump, thermostat, radiator, overheating faults
• Fuel and air flow system: injectors, high-pressure pump, turbo, intercooler, vacuum pumps, PCV.
• Ignition system: candles, spark plugs (petrol), glow plugs (diesel).
• Cylinder head gasket and valve bearings; block work on partners if required
• Software adaptations/adaptations after repair (VIDA)

Typical symptoms
Uneven or erratic operation, increased fuel and oil consumption, black/blue/white smoke, engine fire, loss of coolant, unusual rattling or vibration.
