We maintain and refill your Volvo air conditioning system to ensure a comfortable and healthy driving experience all year round. We'll check the system for leaks and fill it with the correct refrigerant and oil to factory specifications.
What we do
- Pressure and vacuum test of the air conditioning system, leak detection with UV dye or gas analyser.
- Removal of old refrigerant and vacuum procedure
- Adding a new refrigerant (R134a or R1234yf depending on the model) and oil.
- Checking the condition of the dryer and cabin filter, replacement if necessary
- Compressor, condenser and radiator condition assessment
- System performance test (cooling capacity, pressures, temperatures) with VIDA.
When to come
- The cabin does not cool down enough or only warm air comes in
- There is bleeping, buzzing or whistling from the system.
- Glazing tends to coat with moisture
- Every 2 years as a preventive measure to freshen the refrigerant and oil
