The Terms and Conditions apply between the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing and ordering goods from the bilservice.ee online shop. In addition to these terms and conditions, the relations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
To order, select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart.
To place an order, you must fill in the required fields (name, contact details, delivery address, etc.).

8. Liability and force majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer if such loss or damage is due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control or foreseeable.

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the consumer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or to the courts.
