We'll keep your Volvo four-wheel drive running smoothly and reliably. We'll change the oil in the Haldex clutch, rear differential and differential gearbox and check the system with VIDA/DiCE.
What we do
- Haldex (Gen 3-5) oil change, pump/cylinder cleaning, filter change if necessary.
- Rear differential and angle gear oil change according to factory specification.
- Inspection of leaks, bearings and gimbals/crosses, and simmering
- DEM/four-wheel drive control unit diagnostics, fault clearance and adaptation if necessary
- Test drive and works report
When to come
- “Anti-skid / AWD service required” message, four-wheel drive cut-offs
- Sticky/vibrating sensation when turning slowly, jerkiness, uneven grip
- Traces of oil, leakage, uneven traction or preventive maintenance ~60-80 000 km / every 3-4 years
