We'll keep your Volvo gearbox running smooth, durable and economical. We'll change the oil to the correct specification (original/OEM ATF) and adapt your TCM (Transmission Control Module) to VIDA/DiCE.
What we do
- We determine the type of gearbox by VIN (Aisin Geartronic, Powershift, etc.).
- Operating temperature, drainage + crankcase/filter replacement if necessary, correct filling according to temperature.
- Zeroing the oil ageing counter, TCM reset and adaptive driving (workshops)
- Leakage check, test run and measurement report
When to come
- Jerky or delayed gear engagement, slippage, vibration/shudder
- Uneven cold/hot switching
- Preventive maintenance: we recommend ~60-80 000 km or every 3-4 years.
Comments
- We use factory-specified oils; we don't pressure-flush.
- If there is a mechanical failure (e.g. valves, clutches), an oil change alone may not solve the problem-let's do a thorough diagnosis first.
